As of 1 June 2021, DREHTAINER GmbH, manufacturer of special containers and container buildings for defence and industry, has taken over a Polish steel constructor and will continue to intensify its growth strategy. As DREHTAINER Polska, the plant in Zielona Gora will in future support the production of solutions developed in Germany.
Philipp Schack, shareholder of DREHTAINER GmbH, stresses the importance of this acquisition: “We are pleased to welcome DREHTAINER Polska as a long-standing partner in our family and are convinced that this step will prove to be an advantage in the long term too – for us, but primarily for our customers.”
For years, the plant in Zielona Gora has been a reliable partner for the production of containers and components. The acquisition creates additional stability in the supply chain and helps to further build on the customary high quality. In addition, this step will expand DREHTAINER’s product portfolio in the industrial sector to include, among other things, solutions for plant and power plant construction, whilst at the same time opening up a new market for existing DREHTAINER products.
