Philipp Schack will take over the management of DREHTAINER GmbH alongside Hauke Ahrendt from March 1st, 2022.
Mr. Schack has been a majority shareholder in DREHTAINER GmbH since 2020 and will now also take an operational role in the management. His experience as a managing partner of two industrial companies will serve him well.
The majority shareholder's takeover of the company's management sustainably underlines the long-term nature of the company's strategy. Combining risk and responsibility in one hand is a fundamental driver for the success of German family-owned companies, to which DREHTAINER GmbH also counts itself.
